The Massachusetts COVID-19 Relief Fund supports those across the state most impacted by the COVID-19 health crisis, focusing on essential frontline workers and vulnerable populations including the homeless, immigrant populations, people with disabilities and those facing food insecurity. The Fund works in concert with regional community foundations and non-profit leaders who partner with local leaders to understand the response and relief landscape, strategically filling in where gaps are pronounced. If you would like to join our many generous supporters in the effort to provide hunger relief during the COVID-19 crisis, you can do so in the following ways:
A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a type of giving program that allows you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to easily support your favorite charities. An increasingly popular charitable vehicle, DAFs are an excellent way to both simplify your charitable giving and facilitate your strategic philanthropic goals. Click here to learn more.
Gather your friends, family, coworkers and peers to raise funds. Your support will help us keep our warehouse open and continue distributing food for our most vulnerable neighbors. You can help by supporting or creating a fundraising team today.
A gift of any size will have a tremendous impact for a neighbor unsure of how they’ll make it through the weeks ahead. A gift of just $42 will help provide a senior three meals a day for the next two weeks. And a donation of $84 helps ease the burden for a father worrying about how he’ll feed his family of 4 this week. Donate online today.
An easy way to double your donation is through employee giving programs. Many corporations will match employee donations to our organization. Click here to learn more.
