Our Sustainers Circle is made up of families and individuals who give recurring gifts to help end hunger here.
When you join Sustainers Circle, your recurring support provides crucial funding to keep GBFB’s operation running including food purchasing, distribution and feeding programs, critical investments in our network, SNAP support, and our food insecurity research.
Your monthly gifts help to ensure neighbors like Christine have access to healthy food all year long. Christine is a former marketing professional whose income reduced with a bad fall that led to multiple surgeries. She now lives on a fixed income of just $940 a month and visits our Agency Partner in Acord to access the healthy food she needs to thrive. “It’s amazing,” she says, “to me this is the biggest gift. I have three bags of food. Now I can’t wait to get home and make stuff.”
