Super Hunger Chef Challenge
An elegant dinner hosted by the Four Seasons Hotel Boston

Thank you to our Judges, Contenders, Sponsors and guests who helped make this year’s event such a success!

Each January, the Four Seasons Hotel Boston graciously hosts the Super Hunger Chef Challenge!

Executive Chef Brooke Vosika invites you to the Four Seasons Hotel Boston for the culinary showdown of the year!  The saying goes, "If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen," but the heat is definitely what makes this Super Hunger Month event HOT!

This year former Food & Wine Magazine "Best New Chef" winners judged the current class of winners as they battled it out to see who would be named Super Hunger Chef 2010!

Their final judgment? An even tie between Mary Dumont's Confit of Salmon with Celery Root & Apple, Salmon Bacon & Potato Wafers and Gabriel Bremer's Egg Custard with Mushroom Ragout!

Judges
Michael Leviton of Lumiere, '00
