The generosity of event sponsors is critical to GBFB's mission to end hunger in eastern Massachusetts. Sponsors can support GBFB's work in numerous ways and their contributions are broadly publicized to show their commitment to those in need.

The Greater Boston Food Bank has a full calendar of events and offers numerous sponsorship opportunities. While helping to feed hungry people is the greatest benefit of sponsoring a GBFB event, there are many others outlined below.

Super Hunger Month

Super Hunger Month, a month-long series of events each January, offers several ways to contribute to the fight to end hunger. This includes our annual Super Hunger Cook-off, hosted at Four Seasons Hotel Boston, where guest and donors come and enjoy an evening of fun, competitive cooking! It also includes Super Hunger Brunch, an annual tradition at some of the area's finest restaurants for nearly 20 years.

Every spring The Greater Boston Food Bank's warehouse facility is transformed into a unique backdrop for this signature event to celebrate our mission to end hunger in our community, and all those who make our work possible.

Kitchen Cabinet

The Kitchen Cabinet is a group of professionals based in the Greater Boston area, who are dedicated to helping The Greater Boston Food Bank end hunger in our community. Since 2005, the Kitchen Cabinet has worked diligently to heighten awareness of hunger and GBFB’s mission by hosting friends, colleagues and neighbors at a series of signature events and volunteer opportunities.
