*New - Charitable IRA Rollover legislation! *
Charitable IRA Rollover legislation allows for donors age 70 1/2 or older to make cash gifts totaling up to $100,000 from a traditional or Roth IRA without incurring income tax on the withdrawal.
This legislation is effective only through mid-April of this year. Distributions must be made by April 15, 2008 to take advantage of this tax-free opportunity to fight hunger!
