Thank you for your recent donation to The Greater Boston Food Bank, a private non-profit 501(C)(3) tax-exempt organization. Your donation will be distributed to qualified charitable organizations in eastern Massachusetts that feed people in need. Your donations will be used in compliance with the following:

1.	Your donated items will not be sold, transferred or bartered for money, other products or services.
2.	Your donated items will be used only in a manner related to the exempt purpose of the donee organization. This complies with the provisions of clause (i) and (ii) of section 170(e)(3) of the Tax Reform Act of 1976. Our records are available to the IRS upon request.
3.	Your donated items will be distributed only to donee organizations who have legally executed a form of release which is on file at The Food Bank. The forms are available for your inspection.
4.	The Food Bank releases the donor mentioned above from any liability resulting from the condition of donated products pursuant to the Federal 'Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act'.
5.	Your donated products will be used as soon as possible to provide greatest palatability and freshness.
