GBFB Realty

GBFB Realty was organized for the sole purpose of owning and managing the financing requirements of our new building. The building was financed by tax free bonds using New Market Tax Credits. New Markets Tax Credits permit taxpayers to receive a credit against their Federal income taxes for making qualified equity investments.
